ABOUT THIS QUIZ
Using character profile analyses as the comparison points
This quiz compares your answers directly with the personality scores used in the site's nine character guides. The explanations and matches use the same profiles.
How the Code Geass quiz works
The questions do not measure intelligence. They explore what you would give toward a goal, how you respond to instructions, and whether you can tell someone close the truth. These choices form the comparison of approaches.
Answers to four-option questions are converted to a 0–100 scale across seven axes: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, emotional sensitivity, attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance.
No knowledge of the series is needed: all 14 questions use everyday situations. Your seven-dimensional profile is compared with nine character profiles interpreted from the story. All dimensions count, so being clever alone will not make you Lelouch. Results show your top three matches and a comparison chart.
Code Geass and attachment styles
This quiz uses attachment as one lens for the story. Several characters experience loss of family or belonging, then seek allies or try to carry burdens alone. Similar experiences need not lead to the same choices; those differences inform the interpretations.
"Hiding something to protect someone" is a recurring conflict in the story. This quiz reads fearful avoidance in some characters' pull between wanting closeness and fearing loss. Secrecy has many possible reasons, however, and cannot establish an attachment style by itself.
Some characters rally others around a cause while also seeking belonging and recognition. That is one possible reading of their motives, not a claim that all leadership or displays of strength come from insecurity.

How attachment patterns can appear in relationships
The four patterns used here can offer one perspective on dating and close relationships. These articles explore the ideas further; a type cannot predict everything an individual will do.
How We Interpreted Three Representative Characters
The following three examples explain which story details inform this site's attachment interpretations. Your answers are compared with those same profiles.
Lelouch Fearful-avoidant
Lelouch wants to change the world for Nunnally while withholding important truths from her. The conflict between protection and secrecy can keep care from being felt. This concerns his choices, not an inevitable pattern of fearful-avoidant love.
Kallen Kozuki Anxious
Kallen seeks belonging through her cause and comrades, and can be unsettled when someone important is unclear with her. This quiz focuses on a need for recognition and reassurance rather than reducing an attachment style to intense emotion.
C.C.Avoidant
A long life and repeated losses make C.C. cautious about expectations. Distance can serve as protection, while her connection with Lelouch also shows that it need not remain fixed forever.

How to Interpret Your Result
The match percentage is this site's measure of distance between an interpreted character profile and your answers. It is not official lore, MBTI certification, or a medical diagnosis. Protagonists receive no bonus, so an imperial character may rank first.
Rankings depend only on distance across seven dimensions, so an antagonist or royal character may come first. This compares selected tendencies, not whether you are a ruler or approve of the character's actions.
